Services

If you feel like you need to talk out some concerns but don't know where to start, that is ok. I will lead you through the process. Therapy is a confidential place to work through life's challenges. While some people who go to therapy have mental health issues they want help working through, others may be seeking  to problem-solve stress-related issues that are a current struggle. I work adult clients individually, couples and families with adult children as I do not see minor children for therapy. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy and view couples and families as part of a bigger system. I have worked in children and adult mental health settings and have a network of prescribers to refer to if medication is something being considered.
